Project Overview

This 18,000-square-foot addition to the existing 195,000-square-foot fitness facility will introduce a state-of-the-art women’s gym featuring locker rooms, shower facilities, an elevator, and a spacious open floor plan for various workout activities. High-quality finishes like CMU cladding, terrazzo flooring, ceramic tile, and athletic rubber surfaces combine durability with aesthetic appeal. This project redefines fitness space design, offering both functionality and style while expanding the facility’s offerings and versatility.
