Designing Spaces, Crafting Experiences
Where Architecture Meets UX
Hi there! I’m Kay Champagne
I am UX/UI designer who blends the precision of architecture with the empathy of user experience. Armed with a graduate certificate in UX Design from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and a Bachelor’s in Architecture from LSU, I’ve traded architectural drawings for wireframes and floor plans for user flows.
What makes me stand out? I believe design is more than just aesthetics. It’s about crafting digital or physical spaces where people feel understood and empowered. My architectural roots bring a deep appreciation for form and function, while my UX expertise ensures every solution is grounded in user-centered principles. Think of me as a digital architect with an eye for detail and a heart for people.
When I’m not designing intuitive experiences, you can usually find me out on the water, rowing with the Rocket City Rowers or spending quality time with my family. From military applications to caregiver tools, my passion lies in transforming complex challenges into elegant solutions that make life easier and more delightful for users.
Looking for someone who brings architectural precision, UX finesse, and a splash of creativity to every project? Let’s connect!
